Canine Swimfest at
Discovery Island
A Greenville County Recreation District Event

Make plans to attend next year in September 2009!

Join us on this special day for our four-legged friends to swim in the water park at Discovery Island, located at Southside Park in Simpsonville. Vendors, small and large dog swimming times, and loads of fun! Human guests are welcome, but this day is all about the dogs.

Dogs must meet all requirements of "Waggin at The Waterpark" rules
in order to be admitted to the pool.

Swim Times:
Small / Medium Dogs: 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
Large Dogs: 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
Cost: $10 admits one dog and one human companion. Additional human companions are $3 each.
One dog per human owner, please. Completed registration form required.

Vendors on site from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Vendor cost: $50 each
Vendor must provide own table, chairs and tent/covering

Net proceeds will fund the development of dog parks in Greenville County.

In the event of rain Waggin’ at the Waterpark will be held the following Saturday, September 13th at the same times. No Discovery Island or TBC passes will be accepted for entrance to this event.
